Welcome to Pathways Counseling Group

A relational, trauma-informed space for meaningful healing and growth.

We work with thoughtful adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, parenting, trauma-related experiences, and life transitions. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned — helping clients feel understood, supported, and more connected to themselves and the people around them.

Our Philosophy

At Pathways Counseling Group, we believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and deeply attuned to your experience. We take a relational, attachment-focused approach that honors each person’s unique needs, experiences, and pace, creating space for meaningful and lasting change.

Our work is trauma-informed, warm, and nonjudgmental. We help clients better understand emotional and relational patterns, feel more grounded and connected, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-trust, and support.

Eva Buck, LCSW LLC DBA Pathways Counseling Group

Eva provides warm, trauma-informed therapy for thoughtful, self-aware adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the clients she works with appear capable and composed on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to keep carrying everything on their own.

Her approach is relational, collaborative, attachment-focused, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through safety, consistency, and authentic connection. Eva helps clients slow down, better understand emotional and relational patterns, and make sense of experiences that may feel confusing, painful, or difficult to navigate alone. Therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs and pace, creating space for deeper self-understanding, more connected relationships, and a stronger sense of grounding and self-trust.

Eva has extensive advanced trauma training and experience working with complex emotional experiences while maintaining a warm, supportive, and non-pathologizing approach. Her work integrates evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies including EMDR, Parts Work (IFS), attachment-focused therapy, and somatic approaches.

Why We Founded Pathways

We founded Pathways Counseling Group to create a therapy practice centered on genuine connection, emotional safety, and individualized care. We believe meaningful healing happens in relationships where people feel understood, supported, and able to show up fully as themselves.

Our goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where clients can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and lasting growth.

Legal & Ethical Information

“Pathways Counseling Group” is a shared trade name used by independently owned and operated mental health practices, including Eva Buck LCSW LLC and Stefanie Dross LCSW PLLC. Each clinician operates through their own independent practice and is solely responsible for the clinical services, documentation, billing, and care they provide.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and outcomes vary based on each individual’s unique circumstances, needs, and level of engagement in treatment.
