Fees & Insurance

Individual therapy (50-minute session): $175

We are in-network with the following insurance plans:

Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield Virginia, Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic, and Quest Behavioral Health.

Coverage is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance benefits. Clients are responsible for verifying coverage and any costs not covered by insurance. Superbills may be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

Cash-Pay/Self-Pay Option

Some clients prefer to pay out-of-pocket, and we’re glad to offer that option.

When you choose cash-pay sessions, we do not submit claims to insurance, and your sessions are not shared with insurance companies. Many people appreciate this option for its simplicity and added privacy.

In some cases, a formal diagnosis may not be required for self-pay clients when it is not clinically necessary for treatment or documentation.

Financial Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance, including deductibles, copays, and non-covered services.

All clinicians require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Under the No Surprises Act, clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. Please contact your clinician for more information.
